Structural biology supplies data allowing insight into the molecular architecture of a cell at the atomic resolution. iNEXT, a consortium funded by the Horizon2020 program, offers European researchers access to a wide range of advanced structural biology technologies to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules and their assemblies.

The aim of the iNEXT workshop Integrated methodologies and approaches for structural biology is to provide a comprehensive overview of the state-of the-art progress of integrative methodologies to existing and potential users of iNEXT facilities. Twenty prominent speakers will report on recent advances and developments in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), x-ray diffraction, small-angle x-ray scattering (SAXS), cryo electron microscopy and tomography (cryo-EM and cryo-ET), and computational structural biology. Applications of recently developed methodologies to elucidate structure and function of complex cellular components and molecular machineries will be presented.

Date: 29-31 May 2019

Venue: Brno, Czech Republic, building A11, Room 205

The workshop is open to all PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers at no cost. Registration is open till April 10, 2019.
