A post-doctoral fellowship is available for a period of 18 months in the department Structure, Design &
Informatics at SANOFI R&D, Vitry-sur-Seine, France, in the field of BioPhysics.
The post doc project is aiming at developing novel biophysical applications to characterize biomolecular interaction for a wide range of affinities, molecules size and experimental conditions, to be routinely applied in current small molecule and biologics projects. The methods will focus on protein interaction characterization as well as on kinetic and thermodynamic parameters evaluation.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Biophysics or Biochemistry or related fields. They must have experience documented by peer-refereed publications in the biomolecular interaction characterization.
They must have experience with NMR, SPR, ITC and DSF methods, structural biology or recombinant protein biochemistry experience is an advantage.
Outstanding commitment to successfully perform research and meet the project objectives is required as well as capacities in team work and interdisciplinary communication. Mastering scientific English, both written and spoken, is essential; knowledge of French is beneficial although not required.
