Instruct ULTRA

Pilot Project Awards for Instruct-ULTRA Work Package 4 Call 1

In December 2017 six pilot projects were selected for Call 1 of Work Package 4, covering both experimental and computational methods.  These include the implementation of primed photo-activation for super resolution imaging, focused ion beam micromachining of cellular lamellas for in situ structural biology and the application of electron parametric resonance to characterise highly mobile proteins and weak protein-protein (ligand) complexes.

Progress on these projects will be reported on the Instruct-ULTRA website over the next year and show-cased in coming newsletters.
